Same issue. Downloaded and installed the new Edge browser, but whenever I open the Chrome browser this message appears. Clearing cache did not help either. As I have said, I have downloaded it and it is pinned to the start, also, I have done all I can see in settings to stop notifications and pop ups but still this appears inviting me to download - crazy.
