I see no where in my account and order history which shows what apps I have purchased or free ones that I have previously installed.

I sold my Laptop, bought a replacement and have to try to remember what apps I had installed, as there is no page showing all that I had previously installed. If you happen to come across one you installed, it will say "Owned" by it, but there should be a Tab in the MS Store to show "All Owned Apps" that way its easy to just click on them and re-install the ones you want.
